Hungry for a Good Time?

Menu of Events

1. Select your thematic party*.
2. Read the directions for all birthday parties.
3. Call 227-9ART or email and reserve your party date.
4. Pay the deposit (50% down) and you are set!
5. Add $25 if cake and drinks are needed.

*Special themed parties are available upon request.

Your child will:

• paint with Hotwheel® cars and have their work uniquely framed;
• look at various toys airplanes and produce one painting of an airplane;
• Use their finger prints and gluing skills to produce a multi-car train.

Ages: 3+ Cost per child: $15

Your child will:

• Look at the work of Jackson Pollock;
• use their hands, feet and paint to create a “Happy Birthday Banner” for the Birthday Girl/Boy;
• Use their feet to create a unique work of art;
• Use their finger print to decorate a frame with which to frame their work.

Ages: 3+ Cost per child: $15

Your child will:

• study the art of Picasso’s plate work;
• use acrylic paints to decorate their own plate equipped with a plate hanger to hang on the wall.

Ages: 3+ Cost per child: $18

Your child will:

• be inspired by Grecian art and learn the art of mosaic tiling;
• use Model Magic and tiles that they break themselves to create a mosaic masterpiece!

Ages: 3+ Cost per child: $17

Your child will:

• look at the work of Marci Featherstone, local artist, to see how a canvas is constructed and how she comes up with her subject matter;
• use acrylic paints and found objects to create an original and exciting work of art on canvas.

Ages: 5+ Cost per child: $20

Your child will:

• look at art work that focuses on flowers as their subject;
• use a still-life of flowers to paint a still-life using watercolor paints;
• take home their vase of flowers;
• use beads to create one broach in the shape of a flower.

Ages: 6+ Cost per child: $19

Your child will:

• take a piece of “found furniture” (old, small tables, chairs, stools, frames etc.) and make them look new and with style!
• sand their piece and learn painting techniques to re-design their old furniture into a new work of art!
  

  Ages: 6+ Cost per child: $21

• be conducted in a safe and loving environment;
• uphold the upgraded curriculum Studio 101 delivers;
• be thematically based;
• provide all materials (including paper products for cake
  and drinks) needed to implement stimulating, hands-on and
  age-appropriate activities;
• provide a cake personalized with their name and drinks at
  an additional cost of $25;
• last 2 hours.

Parents must:

• reserve your party and date by calling 227-9ART or via email;
• pay your deposit: 50% of total cost;
• have a party of minimum 6, maximum 10.
